Despite the suit and the earlier formalities, there was no pretense here; no stuffiness to be found. What Quakes Epicenter discovered was an MLS executive who is completely happy and passionate about his role with his club. The love affair between Jared Shawlee and the Earthquakes has been there since he was a child.
