Alex Morgan and Aaron Morgan join Quakes Epicenter to provide enhanced coverage of the San Jose Earthquakes and Bay Area soccer
April 14, 2021, San Jose, California: Two long-running San Jose sports media institutions are announcing their merger with Quakes Epicenter as the resulting entity. The Quakes Talk team joins the Quakes Epicenter team to provide an even stronger group to support San Jose Earthquakes coverage for the fans in the Bay Area.
Alex Morgan joins Quakes Epicenter as an Editor and as a co-host for The Aftershock. He is in his seventh season covering the Earthquakes. Most recently, Alex ran his own independent website, QuakesTalk.com, and is a co-host on the YouTube show Black and Azul. Previously, Alex was the founder and managing editor of the award-winning website footballeveryday.co.uk. His work has also appeared in the BBC Match of the Day Magazine, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, and other media outlets.
Aaron Morgan joins Quakes Epicenter as Producer of The Aftershock and staff photographer. He is in his sixth season photographing Earthquakes matches at PayPal Park. Aaron has shot Major League Soccer, the MLS All-Star Game, and International Champions Cup games, and runs his own photography business doing sports, portraiture, and other shoots at aaronjmorgan.com. He is also an audio editor at the podcast production company Artifact and is the producer for The Most Days Show.
